A Tattoo About Being Strong



I am:) I justify right away. Well, I was sick and cooking gone into the background because I had no strength ślęczeń in the kitchen. Really serious.
Well, now I am and throw yesterday's noodles:)
steamed dumplings


600g plain flour

cup milk 2 eggs 3 tablespoons
melted butter (about 45g) 30g yeast

salt, sugar

first dilution. With yeast, warm milk, 100g flour and sugar spoon drawn dilution. Everything should be mixed well, that there are lumps:)
leave the dilution under cover in a warm place for about 10 minutes to rise.

a bowl sprinkle the remaining flour, eggs and pour dig dilution. Then knead the dough until I will move away from the bowl. Then I'm pouring melted butter and continue kneading until all connects nicely. Ready to leave the dough to rise in a warm spot with a clean cloth for about 50 minutes.

the dough with a wooden spoon shaped and small balls, which composes the floured surface and leave for about 15 minutes to re-grow.



steamed dumplings cook for about 10 minutes. If someone does not have a pot to be steamed if you just take the gauze, cover the pot with water it, protect the whole rubber band or cord, and arrange dumplings on gas. :)

Unfortunately I have no pictures of the final effect, simply because I could not ... I will ever make:)

They can be served with various sauces: vanilla, chocolate or strawberry, or a completely different way - with meat sauce, or mushroom. My grandmother served the them to me with the juice from the berries, which I prepared and I was yesterday I gave my dumplings in yogurt with berries. It was really delicious. :)
