Ingredients 1kg minced pork - beef
2 onions, finely chopped 3 cloves garlic
finely chopped 2 tablespoons oregano

3 / 4 cup bread crumbs
1 / 2 cup peas 3 tablespoons mustard


1 tablespoon butter 2 eggs salt and pepper


put meat into a large vessel. Then add the onion, garlic, bread crumbs, mustard, peas, eggs, salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything together thoroughly.
