Breastfeeding For Adults



wore a long time with the intention of sharing recipe for the soup, probably because everyone knows him and did not discover America. But in the end I decided that since I wrote about dumplings, I wrote about the ordinary white cabbage soup, and why not be here?
This is one of those soups, cooking whose grandmother taught me yet. A granny's soup was one of the best things in the world.

piece of smoked bacon sausage Silesia (the amount depending on your preference - for me almost 500g due to the fact that in a large saucepan cook the soup for a few days)
Ready sourdough
6 large potatoes 6 cloves garlic

2 cup mushroom broth
salt, pepper


boils water in a pot, throw the bacon and cook about 30 -40 minutes. After this time I throw a piece of mushroom, it happens to me also throw interchangeably normal broth, but the mushroom gives a better flavor. In the meantime, cuts potatoes into cubes. When the bacon is already soft enough to take out to cool it. Into boiling broth throw the chopped potatoes.
bacon (no fat fragments) and sausage dicing and adds to the soup.



I cook until the potatoes are soft. Then'm pouring sourdough and boil the whole again to simmer.



When soup boils adds yet been squeezed by the crushed garlic, season with salt and pepper.



cook 5-10 minutes. The soup is best to do a few hours before eating so that even the dogryzła:)
