Meat loaf
Ingredients 1kg minced pork - beef
2 onions, finely chopped 3 cloves garlic
finely chopped 2 tablespoons oregano
3 / 4 cup bread crumbs
1 / 2 cup peas 3 tablespoons mustard
1 tablespoon butter 2 eggs salt and pepper
put meat into a large vessel. Then add the onion, garlic, bread crumbs, mustard, peas, eggs, salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything together thoroughly. Grease baking pan with butter and breadcrumbs showers. Translate the mass of a previously prepared mold and bake for about an hour at 170 degrees.
Since I want to put that baked in a slightly higher temperature than indicated in the recipe - about 180 degrees in addition to hot air. The time was exactly one hour and 10 minutes)
a very long time looking for a cool recipe for meat loaf, but always something does not fit me. Or were the constituents of the cosmos, or too much time to prepare - and I do not like to mess about to admit;) and here was fast and cheap:) I really delicious:) The part has been eaten for dinner, while the rest is in the fridge - will be eaten on bread:)
